Preorder

Preorder Policy

When you preorder an item, please allow up to 12 weeks for production and shipping. We'll provide an estimated arrival time (ETA) for each item, which indicates when it's expected to arrive at our office.

Once we receive the preorder items, we'll sort and ship them to you within 5 business days.

You can combine shipping with other preorder items that have the same ETA, but please note that preorder items and ready-to-ship items cannot be combined in the same order. If you do, all items will be held until the preorder item(s) arrive.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you've read and understood this policy. We appreciate your patience and cooperation!
